Our district administrative team engaged in intensive walk-through professional development to refine our supervision practices. We learned how to frame our calendars to schedule targeted cycles, a skill educational leaders need but overlook for impact.

One aspect of my professional practice that has been enhanced through this work is adding post-walkthrough conferencing with all teachers. These conversations have been incredibly beneficial as a means of supporting teachers and advancing building-wide initiatives.
